By accessing or using the AhsanFxEditor website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

AhsanFxEditor provides professional video editing, YouTube channel management, content strategy, motion graphics, and related creative services. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all final deliverables. AhsanFxEditor retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All preliminary concepts, drafts, and working files remain the property of AhsanFxEditor until final payment is received.

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Our revision policy is outlined in the project agreement. Cancellations made after work has commenced may be subject to a fee covering completed work and resources allocated.

AhsanFxEditor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in our jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations before seeking legal remedies.
